How would you like to receive the refund?* This field is required.If you change your mind within 3 days of placing an order, you may cancel it without penalty. After this grace period, cancellations will incur a fee: Refunds will deduct 15% of the total order value (excluding shipping) as a cancellation fee, with the remaining amount refunded to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Alternatively, you can choose Store Credit with a 10% cancellation fee (no expiry).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Fee:

Non-Refundable Deposit: If you paid a deposit to secure your order, that deposit will be used as the cancellation fee.

No Deposit or In-Stock Orders:

Refund: 15% of the total order value (excluding shipping) will be deducted as a cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Store Credit: 10% of the total order value (excluding shipping) will be deducted as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be credited to your account with no expiry date.

3-Day Grace Period:

You may cancel your order without penalty within three days of placing it.

Any payments made during this grace period will be converted to store credit (note: cash refunds are not provided for change-of-mind cancellations).

Exceptions: This grace period does not apply to custom/special orders or first/overseas batch products.
