Salon Policies
Salon Policies may not be the fun stuff, but they are important to maintain our business flow.
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to all of our clients we are requiring 48 hours' notice to cancel, request any service changes(forgo a portion of scheduled services) or rescheduling. We truly understand life happens, using discretion when applicable while offering a one time courtesy for your first occurence before cancellation fees are incurred.
We appreciate everyone's ability to communicate in a timely manner so that we can accommodate other clients that are on our stylists' waitlist.

Cancellation Policy
- Less than 48 hours notice for any cancellation or appointment adjustments are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the services scheduled to be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled
- Same Day Cancellations/No Call No Show/Same Day Appointment Adjustments are subject to 100% of the services scheduled to be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.
- The 2nd occurrence of any cancellation or no show a full deposit will be required to reserve all future appointments with any of our stylists
Appointment Adjustments- We understand budgets can change, but please understand our service timing is booked based on services requested for your hair's needs upon booking. If you need to make any adjustments to any service you are booked for our 48 hour cancellation policy still applies or you will be billed for the services booked.
Late Policy - Please notify us ASAP if you may be late. If you are more 10 min late, we may have to forgo part of your service or reschedule altogether. Please be advised that if your appointment adjusted or rescheduled a same day cancellation fee will apply for services booked.
Colour Deposit- - For your first colour appointment we require a $50 non refundable deposit paid upon booking your first colour appointment to reserve your stylists time. This deposit will be deducted from the service total at your colour appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within 48 hours and we will transfer the deposit to the new appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours forfeit this deposit and a new deposit will be required.
