Raw Bistro Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Orders - minimum of $150 per order after discount and all orders of dehydrated food and treats need to be in increments of 10.
Pricing - all prices are listed in US dollars, all prices are subject to change without notice.
MAP Pricing Policy - customers may not use the Raw Bistro name or products to advertise or otherwise promote Raw Bistro products on the Internet at a net price that is lower than our set MAP. Sales and promotional events that involve lowering the net price should be short-term and infrequent, and will require the prior approval of Raw Bistro. Our pricing policy can change at any time without notice. Raw Bistro reserves the right to request that you cease advertising or promoting Raw Bistro products if we find that you’ve violated our pricing policy. Additionally, we may stop accepting and/or shipping orders to you in such circumstances.
Suggested Retail - Raw Bistro products should be sold at its suggested retail price.
Images - all Raw Bistro images, logos, photography, trademarks and creative assets are the sole and exclusive property of Raw Bistro and no license is expressed or implied by your sale of Raw Bistro products. You may request use and reproduction by emailing us at hello@rawbistro.com. In all cases we reserve the right to discontinue your right to use and/or reproduce such images, in our sole discretion.
Sale of Raw Bistro - you acknowledge that you are acquiring Raw Bistro products for the purpose of selling Raw Bistro in your retail store(s). Any sale of Raw Bistro products on any third party websites, including without limitation, Amazon.com, or in any third party marketplaces, is expressly prohibited. Raw Bistro may stop accepting and/or shipping orders to you should you violate this policy.
Shipping - all orders will be shipped via Ground, to be delivered within 10 days business days from order processing date. Tracking information will be emailed once your Raw Bistro has shipped.
Delivery - we’ll do our best to get all orders out as soon as possible, but expect your Raw Bistro to arrive within 10 business days of the date you placed your order.
FOB - destination
Cancellation - we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason or for no reason, including, without limitation, your brand’s poor fit with Raw Bistro brand image, your failure to pay, your breach of these terms or otherwise, in each case in our sole discretion.
Payment Terms - credit card payments will be processed in full at the time of order.
Claims - all shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery for shortages and damage. Raw Bistro is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier but will use all reasonable efforts to ensure on time delivery. If damage is concealed upon delivery, please contact customer service at hello@rawbistro.com within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Also, please provide pictures of damaged product where possible.
Returns & Credits - It is the primary responsibility of the retailer to watch for expiration dates and to rotate stock. NO credit will be given for out-of-date or product not suitable for sale. NO credit will be given on product with price stickers, store damaged packaging or any other markings that would affect resale value.
Agreement & Acknowledgement - by checking the box at the bottom of this page, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the enforcement of any and all such terms in the sole discretion of Raw Bistro. If any term, provision, covenant or condition of these Terms & Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms of provisions will remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired or invalidated.
