By signing below, I (Client) am agreeing to allow Arrowhead Photo to share images from my session on social media and for marketing purposes without compensation.

C O N T R A C T
Creative fee is non-refundable and due at time of booking. The Creative Fee covers the time spent planning, photographing, editing and delivering the images. It DOES NOT INCLUDE any digital files or products unless SPECIFICALLY STATED (e.i mini sessions or events) . Both are available for purchase.

Images will be delivered 2-3 weeks after the date of the session. Images are provided via protected online gallery.

The content of the gallery is in descretion of Arrowhead Photo. I will select the best images and edit them at my descretion.

Orders must be placed within 2 weeks of gallery delivery. Beyond 14 days, a 10% increase will take affect. Beyond 60 days and a $50 archival fee will be due.

Arrowhead Photo will retain the full copyright on all images (including digital files) and reserves the right to display, publish/etc. for any reason. You, the Client, are granted a PERSONAL USE RELEASE. Meaning that if you purchased digital files, you may have copies produced for personal use only. Quality of prints produced can only be guaranteed when ordered through the Arrowhead Photo website. Images may only be reproduced through a professional lab. (Does not include drug store, one hour photo labs)
