Please keep a copy of this contract when completed as this is part of the adoption process form if approved. This is a binding agreement and will be enforced to maintain the health and wellness of adoptioned animals.

Kittens are not to be given away. We do not want anyone to be unhappy with a kitten received from kitty city. If you are unhappy for any reason IBKC asked that you contact us to help rehome or return the kitten... The kitten should not be given away to other family members or rehomed without agreed knowledge or home visit of new home.

As part of an approved pet parent and IBKC’s contract, you are encouraged and agree to send updates of the adopted kitten by free-well or request of IBKC. Frequent text, tags and/or Facebook messages with picture updates are highly acceptable and this is part of our agreement. Any questions or concerns just ask.

Little history....there is no guarantee or known history of the kittens long term health. All kittens were orphaned, abandon or abused animals that have been taken in and nursed back to health. IBKC works strictly off donations. Donations come from you at time of adoption to help cover the cost of their spay, neuter, vaccinations, flea prevention, food, worming or vetting etc....each kitten comes with a significant cost by the time they have reached a healthy adoption day.

We do not want anyone to feel like they’re buying a pet ...We want you to know you are helping the next sickly baby that comes to our rescue.

We can set up a meet and greet anytime after the pre-approval application. If a home visit, video chat or video walk through is not submitted the pre-approval will not move forward. Videos can be sent to Facebook or cell text 573-776-8408.

How did you hear about us?

By signing this form, I/we acknowledge that all information on this form is true and correct. I/we understand that any misrepresentation of fact may result in Itty Bitty Kitty City (IBKC) refusing adoption privileges to me/us. If my/our request for adoption is approved and later IBKC discovers the above information is not true or correct, IBKC reserves the right to remove the adopted cat/dog from my home/farm.
