Show You Care Support Request

KCRG-TV9’s Show You Care program proudly supports nearly 100 non-profit events throughout Eastern Iowa each year. Each month, the Show You Care “Careforce” meets to determine which events to sponsor. The Careforce is comprised of our Show You Care sponsors and representatives from KCRG-TV9.
Guidelines:
- The Careforce meets the first Tuesday of every month to consider all requests so we ask that all requests be submitted by the last Tuesday of the month prior for consideration.
- We need at least 90 days to consider partnering with your organization. Requests made within the 90 days of event will be reviewed in the monthly meeting. Consideration of late request is based on availability due to a large volume of requests.
- Reciprocal Promotion: Show You Care requires the event organizer to include the Show You Care logo on all printed material (newspaper, flyers & program) and hang a Show You Care provided vinyl banner or pop-up stand at the event.
- Show You Care requires the event organizer to report back within one month with the following information: number of attendees, amount raised, and benefits distributed.
- If you are interested in a KCRG-TV9 morning news mugshot, send an email to mugshot@kcrg.com and include event name and date.
- If interested in KCRG talent involvement in your event, please contact showyoucare@kcrg.com to request. We cannot guarantee involvement, but will work to accommodate the request.
