How do I set up a clinic with Warwick? Due to the increasing number of clinic requests, we ask that you complete this form regarding a particular venue you have in mind. BUT...first, we need to know that you are a current online video subscriber and that there are 11 other current online subscribers who are interested as well.

The requirement for riders/participants with horses to be a current online video subscriber has been in effect since 2017. We did this for a number of reasons, mostly because the entire process is housed in our video library and cannot be taught in a 2 day clinic. We have found that having people who have been actively working through the process in the videos = a lot more progress at clinics. That is the main reason and we had to somehow limit the number of clinics or Warwick could be gone all year.

We pay for the venue and all expenses and we collect all monies (riders and spectators). Currently our venue budget is around $500 USD per day. Please do not suggest venues that are significantly more than that.

What is the cost per day for the Venue?
What is the cost per night for stables/paddocks?
Can people camp onsite? If so, what facilities do you have (electricity, shower, etc.) and how much do you charge?
Are you able to help a bit with logistics? One of the things we may need help with is sourcing someone for the Registration Table/Check ins and/or possibly videoing? (not mandatory, but nice to know)
