There will also be a trial period for new assistant lash techs. It’s a 30-day trial to see how your abilities & techniques line up with our goal as a company. Do you have questions about that?

Whomever I hire & if the trial period has successfully been reached we will have a contract signed. My assistant will be required to work for me for a certain amount of time & have to comply with a non-compete as well. Do you have questions about that?
