Softball NSW provides a professional, administrative framework and services to support its Member Associations and Clubs to provide participation opportunities in a welcoming and safe environment.

Affiliation Process & Required Uploads

Each Affiliate will need to complete the following process which will include these actions;

• Overview of Association Details
• Committee Contact Details

You will also be required to include the following documentation;

• Association's Constitution (maximum size of 10.6mb)
• Association's Regulations (maximum size of 10.6mb)
• Association's Competition Rules (maximum size of 10.6mb)
• Association's Financial Statements (maximum size of 10.6mb)
• Association's Ground Rules (maximum size of 10.6mb)
• Association's Certificate of Incorporation (maximum size of 10.6mb)
