Sample Submission Form

Submit samples by 5:00 PM on Monday through Friday.
The "Submit" button is currently not working. Please use the alternative way of submitting samples. Download the fillable spreadsheet here. We will send an email once this form is working again.
Samples will run on the "NEO600" or "NEO400" spectrometers

The specific spectrometer will depend on availability and functionality

Please do not include spaces in ANY of the cells. Do not put special characters (e.g. %, ', #). Your sample(s) will run, but there is a possibility that the program will not send your data. Thank you.

A list of common solvents and parameter sets is available below. *Recommended NMR test tube labeling scheme: "your initials-PI initials-exp name" (ex: "AC-AM-2b").
