Introduction
This is a self-evaluation system where the purpose is to identify which enemies you feel are the most challenging. The answer is for you only and therefore you should try to answer these questions as honest as possible. If you enter your email address you will get the answers emailed back to you.
There are 15 categories of enemies,

· Dealing with risks
· Communication
· Negotiation skills
· Handle attitudes from customers and/or team members
· Prioritizing
· Focusing on what is important
· Dealing with stress
· Dealing with feedback
· Self-motivation/perseverance
· Self-confidence
· Cognitive and behavioral flexibility
· Delegation
For each enemy we have put together three questions so in total you will answer 45 questions. The result will give you a ranking of which enemy/enemies you have the most struggle with and which ones you are already good at.

Disagree
Neither agree nor disagree
Agree
Strongly Agree
If your answer , disagree or strongly disagree on more than one question of a category that indicates that you could improve that particular skill
