Optional Damage Waiver

$0 - No coverage for accidental damage to equipment
$25 - covers $250 of proven accidental damage to equipment
$35 - covers $500 of proven accidental damage to equipment
$50 - covers $750 of proven accidental damage to equipment
Optional damage waiver is recommended for events were alcohol will be served or events with children. You know your guests best so this coverage is optional. Waiver payment only covers proven accidental damage to our equipment. Please see contract for more details.

I understand that a nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to hold the date of your event and is due upon the signing of this contract. No date is reserved until a deposit is received. A transfer for a new date may be negotiated.
