The instruction offered by HotShop is limited to that of instruction in basicyoga, indoor cycling, and health.Even with clear instruction, there is a possibility of injury, and that it is myresponsibility to consult a physician regarding my ability to participatebefore taking a class at Hot Shop.I attest that I have no psychological, medical, or emotional condition thatwould prevent me from safe participation in a hot yoga or indoor cyclingclass.I release and discharge HotShop, its directors, and all HotShop instructorsfrom any and all liability, claim, demand or action that I may have resultingfrom injury, death, or damages arising from my participation in the yoga orindoor cycling class or at the yoga and indoor cycling studio, including lossthat may be caused by the negligence of the released party.I release and discharge HotShop, its directors and all HotShop instructors from any and all liability, claim, demand or action that I may have related to the loss, theft, or damage of any of my personal property from the HotShop premises.I recognize that this agreement of release and waiver of liability is a legalcontract and that by reading it carefully I have the complete knowledge ofits contents.I AM OVER THE AGE OF 18 AND I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLYUNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT AND MEANING AND SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREEWILL.
