I agree to use the facilities leased, controlled and operated by Rose Ranch, Inc. located at 11162 South Redwood Road, South Jordan, UT 84095 for keeping of horse(s). This agreement is made, for good consideration, in anticipation of such boarding.

I agree to hold Rose Ranch, Inc. harmless from, defend it against, and indemnify it for any damage, claim or liability caused by horse(s) for which I am responsible.

In case of injury to or sickness of any horse for which I am responsible, I hereby authorize Rose Ranch, Inc. to take any action it deems necessary in its discretion for treatment, including, but not limited to, first aid and procurement of veterinary services. I will pay for any medical fees incurred, and Rose Ranch, Inc. shall have no liability therefore.

I agree Rose Ranch, Inc., its agents and employees shall not be liable for any damage which may accrue from any cause or as a result of fire, theft, running away, state of health, injury to person, horse or property.

I agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of the stable. No horse shall be allowed to to be removed from the property unless the bill is paid in full. At least 30 days notice is required to remove a horse from boarding status. In the event someone other than the owner calls for a horse, such person shall have written authority signed by myself, the owner, to obtain the horse.

Rose Ranch, Inc., its trainers and I acknowledge that horse(s) owned by myself may, at my request, be transported to and from a veterinary clinics, horse show(s) or clinics both in and out of state. I expressly understand and agree that Rose Ranch, Inc. shall not be liable in the event of accident, illness, damage or death only to such extent that Rose Ranch, Inc. or its agents are grossly or willfully negligent. Furthermore, in the absence of that degree of negligence, I indemnify and hold harmless Rose Ranch, Inc. from any and all further liability.

All horses at Rose Ranch, Inc. will be wormed up to four times a year. I agree to pay for the costs of worming. Horses will also be vaccinated up to four times a year. I agree to pay for the costs of vaccinations.
