Enrolment Extension Application Form
This form is to be completed by international students who wish to apply for an enrolment extension. The enrolment request will be granted in accordance with our Course progress Policy and Procedure. Further information can be found in your Student Handbook.

Your visa may be affected by your application to extend your enrolment. To discuss any implications that may arise as a result of your Enrolment Extension Application, contact DHA on 131881.
