The Workplace Inclusion, Leadership, and Diversity (WILD) lab explores issues of diversity and inclusion of all kinds in the workplace. In what ways do minority populations experience the workplace differently? In what ways are their experiences similar to majority populations? We are also interested in examining the experiences of minority leaders as well as those who identify with multiple minority statuses.
