4)The storage tenant hereby indemnifies and saves harmless the Calgary Canoe Club from any and all damages. Liabilities or costs arising from or occasioned by the tenant’s use of or access to and from the storage facilities.
5)The tenant is completely responsible for the boat herein and must ensure that the boat is properly insured at all times, this includes coverage during travel.
6)This agreement may be cancelled by the Calgary Canoe Club upon seven (7) written days notice to the tenant.
7)The Calgary Canoe Club shall reserve the right from time to time to change the location of the boat storage location assigned to the tenant.
8)The Calgary Canoe Club shall have the right to make such rules and regulations deemed in its sole and absolute discretion to be necessary and prudent for the use of the boat storage facilities and the tenant’s storage area.
9)Payments that are not received by the first day of the month, or appropriate term, are subject to this lease being immediately revoked, and the boat being removed from the property.
10)This agreement is valid with any competitive member in good standing. The board of directors will approve application.
