We require Proof of Income/Benefits Documents to meet Eligibility Requirements

For ALL applicants, spouses, and household members 18 and older include all income during the previous, consecutive two months.

For all accounts, include all pages of printable bank statements or debit/loadable payment card statements. Statements must include individual deposit income amounts and source of income. Each statement must include name and bank/financial institution name for each household member. Blank out account numbers.

Include All that apply of the following for All household members:

1. Current year VA Benefit award letter with income amount
2. Current year SSDI, SSI and/or SSN Award Letter with income amount
3. Retirement proof with income amount
4. Paycheck stubs, (if applicable, include Work Study and National Guard pay)
5. Unemployment benefits/payments
6. Workman’s Comp payments
7. Child support payments (received)
8. Current public assistance award letters (such as HAP contract, rent/utilities)
9. Current HUD-VASH Lease/Contract
10. For Students: Current semester’s Certificate of Eligibility (COE) letter for:

Ch. 33T: Post-9/11 GI Bill® - Housing benefits
Ch. 31: VA Vocational Rehabilitation - Housing benefits
Ch. 30: Montgomery GI Bill® (MGIB) - Housing benefits
