Confirmation of completing parts 2-6 will be sent only to the Team Leader/Main Contact/Liaison.
After review by an evaluation committee, the award letter and supporting details will be shared.
If you do not finish this section of the application in one sitting, your progress is saved and an email with a link to finish will be sent to Team Leader/Main Contact/ Liaison. They will also have the option to print their responses when finished in addition to receiving a copy of their responses in a follow up email.
