Please Note: We reccomend booking your party at least 1 month prior to the party date. We reserve the right to deny any party requests that we are unable to accomodate for any reason.

Your Party includes 10 swimmer wristbands with your package. Additional wristbands may be purchased when you make payment for your party. BCC members attending a party must have a wristband and be included in swimmer count. We can only guarantee pool access to the number of swimmers given at the swim time indicated in your rental due to pool capacity limits. Guests must sign in at the front desk. Cancellation Policy: Your rental fee is 50% refundable when cancelled 1 week or more before the date of your reservation. Your rental fee is non-refundable when cancelled fewer than 1 week before the date of your reservation. You may reschedule your rental to a later date if you wish, at no cost, pending availability. Please call the BCC Front Desk with any questions about party reservations.
