There is no Canadian sales tax due on the tiny house so long as the tiny house is exported outside of Canada by a third party (transport company - with bill of lading). In most State's in the USA, there is a Usage Tax which is charged on goods purchased out of State. This is the buyers responsibility to ensure they have looked into their local Usage tax rate.
If you are shipping the tiny house outside of BC: There is no PST due on the tiny house so long as the tiny house is exported outside of BC by a third party (transport company - with bill of lading). If you are to collect the tiny house yourself from us here in BC, you will need to pay both the GST and PST due on the purchase price of your Tiny House RV.
