Purchasing Contract

Must agree to ALL the terms and conditions
1. Orders will be sent an offical invoice after the form is complete.

2. A 50% deposit of the total price is due upon invoice.

3. Deposits are non-refundable.

4. Deliveries are local only (specific MD area)

5. Orders will be completed within 2-6 weeks of paid deposit, some orders may take longer depending on design.

6. Bulk orders ((10 or more) will take longer than 4 weeks to complete.

7. No items will be shipped until the order is paid in full.

8. Once Item is shipped we are not responsible for lost or stolen items from the carrier. You may file a claim with your local post office.

9. Any alterations to orders must be requested within 5 days of receiving the order. There will be only one alteration made.

10. There are no returns or refunds on any orders.

11. Rush orders (completed before 2 week2) are subject to additional fees.
