Thank you for your interest in organizing a visit from the Cade Museum for Creativity & Invention. We strive to provide a unique and motivating experience for both students and teachers. Please note that the completion of this request form does not guarantee your reservation. Upon receiving your request, we will review it with our program department and you will be contacted to confirm the details of the trip. Your reservation will be secured when the Field Trip Contract is signed and deposit is received.
All field trips must be booked, with a signed contract, at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the field trip.

Please review the capacity limits and prices for Cade in the Classroom field trip:

Capacity: 40 students maximum per session; 3 sessions maximum per day, with at least 15 minutes between sessions (At least 1 teacher/chaperone is required to be present for the duration of each session)

Pricing: $5 per student for a 30-minute session; $7.50 per student for a 45-minute session; $10 per student for a 60-minute session

Setup/Travel Fee: $125 per day (travel up to 20 miles); $200 per day (travel up to 50 miles)

Summer Cade in the Classroom Topics:

The Madness of Matter: Students will explore the three classic states of matter with activities including hand boilers, vapor-lighting candles, and more.

I See the Light: Students will explore topics such as reflection, refraction, and diffraction with activities such as a take-home kaleidoscope.

Magnet Mayhem: Students will explore the science of magnetic forces through hands-on experiments and will take home a magnetic gadget to continue their learning.
