About: The ASES after school program is a grant funded program available at no cost to eligible students in grades K-6*.
*A gap program is not available from the time that AM kindergarten students are released to the time the after school program begins.
Eligibility: Recent legislation (AB 130) established priority enrollment rules for the ASES program:
: identified foster or homeless youth
: students eligible for free or reduced priced meals (families should complete the OJUSD meal application)
After the priority window closes and if space allows, students on the waitlist will be invited to participate.
Registration window for priority students:
August 30 - September 24
Enrollment will be done on a first come, first served basis, and is contingent upon eligibility and space availability. Participants will be notified via email if they have been enrolled or placed on the waiting list.
