All food parcel referrals recevied during the week are Prepared on Mondays. Unless otherwise agreed beforehand, the service users collect these on Tuesday from our processing point at Unit 26 Wellington Front (between 10:00am and 1:00pm). We kindly ask that Frontline Professionals explain these arrangements to service users at the time of referral, so that expectations regarding collection can be managed appropriately.
