Once we speak with you in most cases you'll be approved for 30 day terms. Credit limits will be established on a case by case basis.

Terms and Conditions
By execution of this insturment, buyer ratifies and agrees to the following terms:
1. If approved for trade credit, all invoices shall be paid in full within 30 days of the invoice date.
2. Claims for damaged, missing, or otherwise unsatisfactory product must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
3. If an account falls into arrears, it may be placed on a Cash on Delivery Status. At such time, The Lobster Place will require a credit card be kept on file to pay for all deliveries in full, upon receipt. Credit Cards will be stored on Lobster Place's PCI -compliant payment processing site.
4. If a credit card is not provided and progress towards a reasonable resolution of past due balances is not made, the account shall be placed on HOLD until a reasonable payment plan can be agreed upon.
5. In the event of default or non payment, invoices may be forwarded to a 3rd party bill collector to effect payment.
6. In the event of default or non payment, late charges will be imposed in the amount of 1.5% of the unpaid past due balance each month.
7. In the event that any suit or similar legal proceeding is required to effect collection of any amount due, reasonable attorney's fees and disbursements shall be paid by the buyer.
