Wasteland World Incident Form
This form is for reporting incidents directly to select Senior Staff who may reach out to you.

If you are attending one of our events and experience something that needs to be reported, go directly to Medical or Security as soon as possible. You can also find someone with a radio who can call for Medical or Security, or use one of our Emergency Call Stations on site.

Incidents that occurred at our in-person events are our top priority, but we may also followup on incidents that have occurred outside of our events if there is a clear threat to the health and safety of our attendees, volunteers, performers, and staff.

This form can be used for either Wasteland Weekend or Neotropolis.

People report incidents for different reasons. Do you just want us to know in case there are other complaints? Do you just want event security to try and keep an eye on this person? Do you want the person banned from attending all Wasteland World events? Banned from our official online groups? Would you simply like an apology? Do you want the person banned from entering your camp or communicating with you in any way at in-person events? Something else? What is the ideal outcome for you as a result of making this report?
