Our surgery scheduling staff will provide you with an estimate of your out-of-pocket costs for surgery. This is an estimate for the surgeon's fee only. We are happy to provide you with the CPT codes for the procedures so you can verify these estimates directly with your insurance company. 

Facility fees for surgery are separate from the surgeon's fee. Each facility may have different contracts with your insurance plan. Westside Head and Neck surgeons operate at several facilities, including St. Johns, UCLA, Speciality Surgery Center in Beverly Hills, and Brotman Medical Center. Contracts between facilities and insurance companies can change frequently. We will do our best to help patients decide which facility is best for their needs, but it is your responsibility to verify your insurance benefits with your scheduled facility.
