  • This form is a request and not a guarantee.

    University Recreation will work diligently to respond in 72 working hours.  If your event is prior to that timeline then your request may be denied based on timing.  Also, for outdoor requests a Grounds Use approval will also be needed.  Finally, any outdoor request does not come with an indoor inclement weather location so remember that when setting those up.  Thanks and we look forward to working with you.

    Requests for pool rentals for the outdoor 2026 season will begin to be reviewed, contacted, and schedueled in mid-January. Cove & Stage rental packages will open online 3/2/2026.

    Aquatic operations are held in the indoor Aquatic Center from October - early April, all rentals inquiries must submit this form.

    While Aquatic operations are held at the outdoor Leisure Pool from early April - October, rental can be booked in two ways:

    • During regular Leisure Pool family/youth hours:
      • Cove Rental // 2-hour rental // up to 25 people // $300
      • Stage Rental // 2-hour rental // 26-50 people // $500

    • After hour rentals:
      • Available after regular pool hours have concluded
      • Minimum of 30 people
      • Minimum of 2-hour rental
      • Attendees = all people who are a part of your group, swimmers and non-swimmers
