HEALTH SCREENING *

I do NOT have any of these symptoms: Fever, New onset of cough, Worsening of chronic cough, Shortness of breath, Difficulty breathing, Sore throat, Difficulty swallowing, Decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell, Chills, Unexplained headaches, Unexplained fatigue, malaise, muscle aches, Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, Eye pain or pink eye (conjunctivitis), Runny nose or stuffy nose without known cause I have NOT travelled outside of Canada or had close contact with anyone that has travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days I have NOT travelled outside of Canada or had close contact with anyone that has travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES

When coming to the Masjid, observe the following precautionary rules:
1. Wear a face mask/gloves (*Must*)
2. Perform wudhu at home (*Must as Masjid washrooms are close*)
3. Bring your prayer mat or one-time use sheet (*Must*).
4. Keep a distance of no less than 6 feet between you and the person next to you (*Must)*
5. Avoid handshaking
6. Seniors and those with chronic illnesses should pray at home.
7. Avoid crowds upon entering or leaving the mosque
8. Do not accompany children below 10 years old.
9. *IMPORTANT: Please continue to pray at home*
  - If you are experiencing a fever, sore throat, flu-like symptoms, not feeling well in general.
  - If you have a compromised immune system, underlying medical conditions
  - If you are over 60 years old
  - If you live with someone who is over 60 years old
  - If you are under 10 years old
  - If you have been out of the country within the last 14 days
