General Rule for Candidates

Read carefully before you confirm your booking
1. This booking is considered valid upon getting full payment of exam fees due and automated confirmation email received by the candidate after successfully submitting this digital booking form.
2. The candidate must give us at least 7 days prior notice if you wish to change your exam date(s). Exam fees are non-refundable in case of any cancellation.
3. The candidate had better arrive at least 30 minutes before the exam time starts to ensure a paper-based form fillup on the day of the exam and confirming your seat on the allotted workstation.
4. Candidates must bring Original Photo ID, a copy of the Photo ID and a Passport Size Photograph on the exam date.
5. Latecomers will not be acceptable to enter the exam room by any means. Edbase Professionals reserves the right to cancel the exam if the candidate fails to show up on the exam date. Exceptions will only be made if an emergency situation arises.
6. If a student is expelled/suspended due to misconduct, all fees paid are not refundable.
7. Edbase Professionals reserves the right to review and amend the rules and regulations (including policies) at any time.

I also accept that Edbase Professionals reserves the right to vary or reverse any decision regarding CBE exam booking made on the basis of incomplete or inaccurate information.
