This process is for customers who would like to purchase products that are unavailable in your Scout Shop and/or would like their order fulfilled faster (via the Customer Service Team) than using the Merchandise Request Form that are fulfilled via replenishment shipment. |

Customers will be charged shipping and handling fees for all orders through this process, unless the order total exceeds $125. Orders over this amount will recieve FREE “Ground” delivery. |

Before initiating this process, confirm that the NDC has the item(s) available. This can be done by checking the NDC on-hand through MMS, or via Customer Service Team during business hours at (800) 323-0736 or by sending an email to NDCSupply.Orders@scouting.org. |
