You will be contacted within 24 hours to discuss your itinerary in full. My working days for Quotes to be sent out are Monday - Friday Only, quotes will not be sent out over the weekend for personal reasons, unless stated otherwise. All quotes will be sent out within 3 BUSINESS DAYS/72 hours of receiving or less if time permits. If this is a LAST MINUTE RUSH request, please note that there is a rush fee additional to the required research fee.

In order to find the best trip to suit your needs, we charge a non-refundable research fee which is listed below. All packages have to be manually put together, and we are very passionate about the service that we provide for our client's needs. THIS FEE IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM, and unfortunately, it is NON-REFUNDABLE OR NON-TRANSFERRABLE. This fee guarantees 2 itineraries with 1 revision ( 1 DESTINATION ONLY). Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a new research fee. Clients MUST respond to quotes and/or provide feedback within 3 business days of receipt of the initial quote, or face the risk of abandoning the quote request. Please make sure to check your email/junk mail/spam folder when waiting for a response. We hope that you understand, and we do look forward to working with you!

Travels With Portia LLC Research Fees:

Excursion/Sports/Park/Concert Tickets ONLY- $25 up to 4 travelers, if more than 5 travelers this will be considered as a group activity/excursion.

Disney Vacation Package- $25 up to 4 travelers, if more than 5 this will be considered as a group trip. Excursions can be added to this quote..

Non-Mexico/Caribbean International Vacation Package/Europe/Asia/Domestic- $25 up to 4 travelers, if more than 5 this will be considered as a group trip. Excursions can be added to this quote.

All-Inclusive Vacation Package (Mexico/Caribbean Only) - $25 up to 4 travelers, if more than 5 this will be considered as a group trip. Excursions can be added to this quote.

Cruise- $25 (per cabin) up to 4 travelers, if more than 5 this will be considered as a group trip.

Cabins/Vacation Homes- $30 up to 4 travelers, if more than 5 travelers this will be considered as a group trip.

All Group Trips- $100, if more than 5 travelers this will be considered as a group trip.

LAST MINUTE - RUSH FEE CHARGES - IF TRIP IS LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AWAY- FOR ALL INQUIRES THERE IS A $15 CHARGE ADDITIONAL

SECURE YOUR TRIP
To secure the quoted price, most vendors require a deposit and/or the full payment at the time of price quote. Being "Deposit Ready" when you receive your quote is very important.
Once prices are confirmed and you are ready to proceed with the purchase, a Credit Card Authorization will be sent requesting authorization to process your payment. The authorization form will need to be COMPLETED IMMEDIATELY, the day it is sent.

Quotes are ONLY good for 48 hours once they have been delivered to you for review, BUT aren't guaranteed until book. This is why it is imperative that you are "Deposit Ready".
