    Welcome to Cat Barco Hair at Studio One All new color guests are required to complete this digital consultation form before their first visit. This helps us understand your hair history, goals, and the services needed for your appointment.If you booked online, this form is still required.It ensures your appointment is properly scheduled and that we’re fully prepared for your service.Please complete all questions fully. Submissions received Monday–Thursday will be reviewed within 24 hours. Any forms submitted Friday–Sunday will be reviewed on Monday. For questions or support, email cat@catbarcohair.com.

  • Booking your appointment

    The average wait time to get on the schedule for a New Client Service is 3-4 weeks. Once I have received your booking date request, I will contact you by email to schedule your appointment!

  • I do require images of your hair, and hair "inspo" picture of what your are hoping to achieve. Your insporation pictures can be goals for color, cut, or both. Images can screenshots from Pinterest, Instagram, or friends. Take into consideration your hair type. Many pictures are beach waves, is that somthing you will do to syle your hair on the regulat? Highlights will look different  on curly, wavy, or straight hair types.

  • CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOWS AND POLICIES

     


    You and your appointment are very important to me. I hold your appointment just for you and ask if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, that you kindly provide a 48-hour notice. This way I will be able to adjust my schedule accordingly and accommodate other clients.

     


    If you miss your appointment without giving a 48-hour notice, then you would be billed a 50% service charge per service booked. These fees will be expected to be paid for prior to any future appointments.

     


    For your convenience, I provide a confirmation call 48-72 hours prior to your appointment. I ask that you keep me informed of any changes in your contact information. Thank you for your understanding.

     


    I strive to offer my guest the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut, color or extensions, let me know within seven days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase.
