    As part of our onboarding process we require all new clients to register with us and agree to our standard terms and conditions, which includes upfront payment for any services undertaken or products supplied.

  • Terms of Trade:

    Our terms of trade are payment in advance. An itimised account of all charges and costs will be provided on the invoice supplied to you.

    Accounts overdue by 14 calendar days incur a 6% administration fee.  If we incur any costs of collection, such as legal fees and collection agency fees etc, you agree to indemnify us for all such costs.

    Terms of trade must be agreed to prior to commencement of sales transactions between FortiTech and you as the client.

  • Our current VIP rates are:

    Business Hours Remote

    $175 + GST per hour,  billed in 15-minute increments.

    Business Hours Onsite

    $275 + GST for first hour onsite and $175 + GST per hour thereafter 

    After Hours/Public Holidays Remote

    $275 + GST per hour,  billed in 1-hour increments.

    After Hours/Public Holidays Onsite

    $395 + GST for first hour onsite and $275 + GST per hour thereafter

    Travel Costs

    Parking costs within our standard service areas will be billed to the client at cost. Travel costs for outside of our standard service areas are upon application.
