PLEASE READ: The offering for this Instruction Course is according to the individual means and capacity of the student. The Traditional, and suggested, guidelines are that Initiation to this lifelong supported practice is ‘worth a week of your life’. The stories within the tradition speak of working in the teacher's kitchen or fields, or sitting outside the ashram doors in the snow for a week. In the modern context this would be a week's income.

In the end it is up to the student to contribute what is within their means and expresses the worth of the practice to them.

As a guideline, between $500-$800 supports Tim's availability to continue to support your practice (Course Instruction and ongoing support), and to be able available for future students.

A percentage of the contribution goes to support a school educating girls of the poorest families on India, www.fflv.org. It is Tim's way to give back to the land that brought and preserved this wisdom throughout the ages.

The cash payment is made in a sealed envelope at the beinning of the course.

5: TERMS & CONDITIONS

The nominated non-refundable deposit is per person and is required to confirm your registration.

Credit/Refund Guidelines for Cancellations:

- Up to the day before the retreat commences a credit towards the next retreat less the non-refundable deposit.

- Up to 6 weeks before the retreat commences a full refund less the non refundable deposit.

- Up to 4 weeks before the retreat commences a 75% refund less the non-refundable deposit or a full credit towards the next retreat.

- After 15 days a 50% refund less the non-refundable deposit.

- After 7 days there is no refund.

If a retreat is cancelled by the facilitators/s all payments received from the participant towards the retreat will be refunded in full.

The organisers will not be held responsible for any travel expenses which may be incurred in preparation for the retreat, including airline tickets, travel delays, flight cancellations or illness or changes in Govt regulations or mandates relating to travel.

*In addition to the above as the facillitator of your retreat I wish you to know upfront that I choose not to receive any Covid related injections and therefore changes in government imposed requlations or restrictions by other companies may affect my right to travel.

In that particular instance I will do everything I can to support you and myself to recover any loses.

If you are able to travel and still wish to do the components that can be faciliated from afar I will refund the balance.

If you are also unable to travel I will refund what I can and by cancelling the retreat you will be able to claim any difference on your insurance.

Disclaimer

I acknowledge that the instructions given throughout the class are given only as guidance and are not intended to replace medical care. I therefore accept that it is my responsibility to advise the teacher of any existing conditions including any recent injury, illness, surgery or commencement of pregnancy; in order for them to assist me to adapt the practices for my needs. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to do the practices within my own limits to prevent injury and expressly waive any claim I may have against Mary Girishaa Westley and any other staff or volunteers for any injury or loss sustained by me resulting from the practice of Yoga under their instruction.
