Meeting Room Information and Rates

room capacities are based on fire codes

Poolside Meeting Rooms - large room that is sectioned into 3 rooms, sections can be opened and reserved as 1, 2 or 3 rooms. maximum capacity per room is 20 people with tables and chairs/40 people chairs only. These rooms overlook the pool, but do not connect to the pool. Weekday Rate -$20 plus tax, per room/per hour Weekend Rate- $25 plus tax, per room/per hour

General Meeting Room - room has a permanent set-up with 2 rectangular tables with chairs. Maximun capacity is 25 people with tables and chairs/50 people with chairs only. Request for special set-up is an additional charge of $10 for General Meeting Room Weekday Rate - $20 plus tax, per room Weekend Rate - $25 plus tax per hour

Cancellation Policy: Your rental fee is 50% refundable when cancelled 1 week or more before the date
of your reservation. Your rental fee is non-refundable when cancelled fewer than 1 week before the date
of your reservation. You may reschedule your rental to a later date if you wish, at no cost, pending
availability.
