CLASS + EXAM Course Description:

This is the ServSafe Manager's Certification Course and Exam. This certification is good for 5 years and is accepted in all 50 states. The course work is an Online Course. The exam will be proctored and administered online through ProctorU. You must follow the requirements for equipment. Elite Food Safety Training will not be held responsible for any technical issues a student experiences with their own equipment throughout the course or the exam.

EXAM ONLY:

This is the ServSafe Manager's Certification Exam only. This exam is taken online through ProctorU, our online Proctoring service.
Prior to Registering through Elite Food Safety for your online course and exam, you must meet the following requirements:

You MUST have a valid email address AND a valid ServSafe account. You can register for a ServSafe account here: www.servsafe.com
1. You MUST meet the Connectivity requirements as mandated by Proctor U. They are the company who will proctor the exam. They cannot and will not issue refunds based on technology issues. Before registering, please verify that you checked your connectivity at the link below:
2. Internet Explorer is NOT an accepted browser for the course or exam and will not be supported.
3. You should use the same workstation for the course and exam. This workstation MUST have a stable internet connection. Refunds will not be issued for exams interrupted due to a disruption in Internet access.
