Full payment of total registration fees must be received prior to processing registrations. Your registration form may take up to 5-10 business days to process; once in receipt of payment a receipt and registration confirmations will be sent to the Group Contact’s email address once processed.

Cancellation Policy: All requests for cancellation must be received in writing by September 16, 2020. A 75% refund will be granted for requests received either before or on this date. No refunds will be granted after September 16, 2020. All refunds will be processed after the meeting takes place.

Privacy Statement
The AACPDM 74th Annual Meeting will collect and store information you provide in this Registration Form for the purposes of enabling us to register your attendance for the Annual Meeting, to assist with administrative and planning purposes and for future planning and development of the Annual Meeting and other events, to facilitate your requirements in relation to the Annual Meeting and to allow the compilation and analysis of statistics relevant to AACPDM.

The information that you provide in the Registration Form and information provided at any other time during the Annual Meeting, including without limitation any feedback obtained during the Annual Meeting, will be used by the Annual Meeting to offer, provide and continue to improve its Annual Meetings and other services. The Annual Meeting may disclose some information that is collected in the Registration Form such as your name, organization, its location, telephone and fax numbers, and your e-mail address to other Annual Meeting delegates and (unless you object in writing to the AACPDM Secretariat) to Annual Meeting industry supporters and exhibitors (subject to conditions) for marketing purposes. The Annual Meeting will not otherwise, without your consent, use or disclose your personal information for any purpose unless it would reasonably be expected that such a purpose is related to the offer, provision and improvement of the Annual Meeting or where such purpose is permitted or required by law.

Waiver: Submission of this registration form and payment of associated fee serves as agreement that the delegate and applicable guest hereby grants permission to use his/her likeness in a photograph or other digital reproduction in any and all of it publications, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration, agreeing that these materials will become the property of AACPDM which has the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing its programs or for any other lawful purpose. Additionally, the delegate and applicable guest waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph.
