We can help with your group travel plans. This can be for leisure, business, or even destination weddings and events. To work with The Travel Planner as your travel agent, you will pay a $75 research fee. This fee is a retainer of services in the research of your requested travel service and it is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please note that this fee covers up to three (3) options for one (1) travel destination. This fee will not be applied to your booking, this is an administrative fee. Additional options can be provided at $30 each for the same travel destination. Should a change in destination be requested, a new inquiry form must be submitted along with the required $75 research fee. WE DO NOT PROVIDE INDIVIDUAL TRAVEL PLANNING. The Travel Planner defines groups as a minimum of four (4) rooms per request. The turnaround time is 3 business days.
