Such use includes display, distribution, publication, transmission, or otherwise use of photographs,images,videos clippings, for use in materials that include, but may not be limited to printed materials such as brochures, newsletters, promos, videos and digital images such as those on s cube tv and S cube radio websites, FB, Youtube, twitter etc.
