This order form is for custom full yard files. For 7-1, each section is 5"x60". For 18-1 each section is 6"x20". For bummies, each section is 18"x30". Bummies and bows fit 2 bummies and 9 bows. Bummies and wraps will fit 2 bummies and 3 wraps. (NOTE: wrap sections will be 6"x60" for bummies & wraps)

If your order consists of multiple of the same style, please fill out a form for each one.

You will receive your file through GOOGLE DRIVE. Your Google Drive link will be sent to the email your provide below. You will need to email the Google Drive link to your fabric printer when you order your fabric as the file is too large to upload. Please also specify to your printer this is a FULL YARD file and need to be printed as such.

TAT is 15 business days from the date this form is submitted. All orders will be filed in the order they are received.

Please let me know within 24 hours if something is wrong with your order. There will be a $5 remake fee if you do not contact me within 24 hours or if there was a mistake you made on your jotform.
