Godparents should be Catholic and have received the Initiation Sacraments (Baptism, Holy Eucharist, Confirmation) and he/she must be at least 16 years old. – Canon 874 §1 #2 & 3. He/She must be practicing Catholic (ex. He/She goes to church regularly). If married, he/she should be married in the church. If single, he/should not have a live-in partner.

NOTE:

$50.00 donation (check or cash to be submitted to the office informing the office that you applied online for the baptism of your child) for each child. It is inclusive to both the parents and godparents.

$25.00 donation (check or cash to be submitted to the office informing the office that you applied online for the baptism of your child) for each attendee (a parent or a godparent) coming to class only, for baptisms in other parishes.
