For contact-free ease, we have moved to an online agreement form. Please complete, granting your Girl Scout permission to participate in the Fall Product and/or Cookie Program(s).
Should your Girl Scout be a part of multiple households, each caregiver will need to complete their own agreement to avoid any liability disputes.

2024 Fall Product Program Dates:
- Program Begins: October 4
- Last Day for Girl Delivered Orders: October 29
- Fall Product Delivery to Troops: November 7-9
- Program Ends and Last Day for Shipped Orders: November 10
- Check with your fall product manager for order and money due dates
2025 Cookie Program Dates:
- Order taking Begins: January 3
- Cookie Deliveries to Troops: February 6-13
- Cookie Booths Open: February 14
- Last Day for Girl Delivered Orders: March 6
- Program Ends and Last Day for Shipped Orders: March 16
- Check with your troop cookie manager for order and money due dates
