  • Youth Leadership Council Mini-Grant Application

Apply for up to $1,000 to launch or amplify a Youth Leadership Council in your Clubhouse
  • Eligibility:

    • Clubhouses must be in “good standing” and in compliance with the current Clubhouse Network license agreement.
    • Applications must be submitted by October 15, 2021 at 5pm ET
    • The Clubhouse should identify a point of contact for the mini-grant who is responsible for reporting requirements. The point of contact can be the Clubhouse Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator, or other Clubhouse staff member.
    • A staff point of contact must commit to attend a virtual orientation meeting, and at least two community of practice meetings.

    Requirements:

    • Given the uncertainties of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we understand that the plans you put in place might need to be modified. We expect each Clubhouse to conduct at least 10 Council meetings over the course of the grant, however, even if they need to be held virtually.
    • The Council must have a registration system to collect participant contact and other relevant information. This can be a sign in sheet, JotForm, Google Docs, etc. The Clubhouse Network would like permission to publish photos and bios of youth leaders on our website.
    • The Council formation and meetings must occur. If the Council formation and meetings are cancelled and not rescheduled, the grant needs to be returned.
    • The Clubhouse must complete an interim and final report (in February 2022 and August 2022) that includes a narrative describing program activities, accomplishments, and insights for future planning. The report should also include a list of the Council participants and photos.
    • The Council must submit a minimum of 3 photos or videos of the Council and their participation in any event or meeting and share them with The Clubhouse Network. These can be submitted after the event or with the interim or final report.
