SHIFT OPTIONS
INTRO | 3 pm - 6 pm
Help with all things setup:
- Block off streets with barricades
- Load pickups (Rosebud or City Park) and bring items to Central
- Place signage, tables & chairs, garbage cans, etc.
- Mark out vendor locations and assist with placement upon arrival
CHORUS | 6 pm - 9 pm
Help throughout the event:
- Ensure supplies are full
- Maintain sanitation
- Ensure chalk is being used appropriately
- Crowd management; no bikes, scooters, skateboards, etc.
- Start a conga line :)
ENCORE | 9 pm - 9:45 pm
Help with cleanup after the event:
- Throw any leftover trash
- Empty trash bins and bring to dumpster
- Collect all signage, tables & chairs, supplies, etc.
- Load pickups and return items (Rosebud or City Park)
- Remove barricades from streets
