By clicking the submit button, I understand there is an adoption donation associated with adoption of a pet from Straight Outta Texas Inc. and that it is tax deductible according to IRS 501(c)3 guidelines. I understand this donation will ensure the organization is equipped to rescue another homeless pet.
By clicking the submit button, I understand that if I no longer want or can no longer care for my adopted pet, I agree to notify Straight Outta Texas Inc. BY EMAIL at post-adoption@StraightOuttaTexas.org and provide a 14 business day period to allow Straight Outta Texas Inc. to make arrangents for my pet to be taken back into rescue.

A home video is required to approve your application and will be requested when an adoption coordinator reaches out to you. Please be prepared to submit a video of the main areas of your home and one of the outside area (including yard) when requested.
