    The purpose of this contract is to regulate relationship between the employer: Solidum Sverige AB/ Barnakademin Stockholm, org nr. 559007-2590 (Barnakademin) and the employee who is going to provide babysitting services for Barnakademins customers.
  • §1 Information about the employee

  • §2 Form of employment

    Type of employment: hourly employment.  

    Position / professional title: babysitter.

    The employer pays salary to the employee as well as the income tax and social chargers. The employer signed liability insurance with IF.

  • §3 Background

     

  • An employment relationship is based on mutual loyalty and mutual trust between the employer, the employee, and the client.

    Babysitting usually involves that the employee visiting the customer in his or her home. In order to protect the privacy of the family, the employee shall under no circumstances disclose matters regarding the private life of all family members, specifically information which may otherwise be damaging to the reputation of the family in general and family members in particular. This also means that the employee is not allowed to take any pictures of the children as well as the customer's accommodation and publish them on social media. 

  • §4 Duties

     

  • The babysitter's duties consist of, after consultation with the customer, taking care of the children in a way the customer wishes. In some cases (always agreed in advance) easier household duties might be included in the work. 

    In accordance with the company's concept, the babysitter should encourage kids' creativity by doing funny/creative activities together and through these activities stimulate learning of a target language.

  • §5 Salary

     

  • The salary is 100 SEK per hour inkl 12% holiday allowance.

    A different salary arrangement can be made for a specific family (for example, if you need to use a car at work, etc). 


    Salary is paid on the 25th of the month following the month when the job was performed. If the 25th falls on a holiday, the salary will be paid on the following day. The salary specification is available on http://barnakademinstockholm.se/schema.

  • §6 The employee's responsibility

     

    • Report electronically working hours via barnakademinstockholm.se. The employee should submit working hours for a working month no later than the 3rd of the month following the working month. If the employee does not submit working hours on time, the salary might be first paid the month after.
    • The employee should report to Barnakademin any significant changes agreed with the customer. For example, if the customer for some reason wants to increase or decrease the number of hours per month. 
    • Upon termination of a contract, the employee first informs Barnakademin and after that the customer. The notice period is two weeks.
    • The employee may under no circumstances bring someone else to work.
    • The customer must always be informed in advance if the employee plans new activities with kids especially if it involves traveling by a means of public transport.
    • The employee is not allowed to work with the family provided by Barnakademin without the agency's involvement. If this rule is not observed, the employee shall compensate Solidum Sverige AB / Barnakademin for the incurred financial damage. If the financial damage cannot be determined the compensation of three (3) basic amounts (basbelopp) as the minimum amount of damages will be claimed in accordance with the General Insurance Act.
