Please fill out (at least 48 hours) before you next colour service with me.
Hair prep

Please make sure your hair is washed on either the day before or morning of your colour appointment & free of root touch up sprays-this ensures my bleaches & colours work correctly.

CANCELLATIONS

Please double check your appointment time & date,by either dropping me a text on 07900934134 or search 'fresha' in your email inbow & your booking confirmation should be there.

If you need to cancel your appointment please let me know ASAP

Your clothing - whilst every care is taken to avoid staining clothing items with towel under gown & towel over gown.

I cannot take responsibility for any clothing that is stained by bleach or dark colours.

This also applies to handbags.
