-Negotiating and approving wedding date and group room block contracts

-Sharing the trip itinerary and other travel details with you and your guest by sending out save the dates and invitations

-Booking travel arrangements for you and your guests

-Providing regular trip updates to your guests via email

The services in the Silver Package plus:

-Confirming your ceremony date and time and the selected ceremony package with the resort/ship

-Communicating your choices to the on-site wedding coordinator and scheduling an introductory meeting (via Zoom)

-Meeting with the wedding coordinator and you to discuss ceremony plans, pricing, special requests, and other details

-Monitoring the ongoing communications between the coordinator and you as the wedding approaches

-Confirming final details with the coordinator 48 hours before your ceremony

-Following up with coordinator after the ceremony to address any issues

The services in the Silver and Gold Packages plus:

-Serving as the primary liaison between the on-site coordinator and you- communicating and confirming ceremony details ranging from your list of "must have" shots to the photographer to arranging "Plan B" options in the case of inclement weather on the wedding day

-Organizing a meeting with the coordinator within the final week before departure to confirm ceremony arrangements

The services in Silver, Gold, and Diamond Packages plus: 

-Traveling to the resort/ship to confirm and manage in person (with the coordinator) the elements of your ceremony

-Distributing a final itinerary to all guests showing the meals, events, and ceremony details

-Greeting your guests at check-in during the main arrival times and answering their questions

-Confirming final ceremony details directly with the coordinator the day before your wedding

-Working closely with the coordinator on the day of your wedding to ensure everything goes smoothly

Travel Expenses include: resort accommodations in a run of house room with roundtrip domestic economy flight (from PHL, EWR, or JFK) and roundtrip airport transfers.
